What you'll do
- Supervise daily civil construction and site execution work in Gangtok Site
- Read and implement structural drawings and construction plans
- Ensure quality control and resolve technical site issues
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
- Plan labor, materials, and equipment usage effectively
- Monitor safety rules and enforce site safety compliance
- Maintain project documentation and site reports
- Manage site inventory and material delivery schedules
- Perform load calculations and structural analysis
- Inspect site progress and report to project managers
- 3+ years experience in civil execution and structural work
- 2+ years experience in industrial site / projects
- Total 3+ years experience in civil engineering in Sikkim
