We are hiring a Construction Helper in Vapi to support day-to-day construction activities on-site.

What you'll do

  • Assist labourers, supervisors, carpenters, and electricians with tasks
  • Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment
  • Transport materials across the ongoing site in Vapi
  • Set up scaffolding and clean work areas
  • Perform site cleanup and debris removal
  • Follow safety guidelines and support the construction Vapi team

What you'll need

  • Physically fit; able to lift and carry heavy loads
  • Basic knowledge of tools and construction tasks
  • Candidate should be in/nearby Vapi, Gujarat
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to work long hours, including in tough weather
  • Prior construction experience in Gujarat is a plus but not required
