We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager in Bangalore to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, coordinating, and ensuring the timely and quality execution of projects while maintaining high safety standards.

Salary: ₹8,00,000 – ₹13,00,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Experience: 5+ years in construction project management
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects in Bangalore with ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with Bangalore site engineers, architects, contractors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and generate detailed reports.
• Resolve any issues or delays promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• PMP Certification (Preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing mid-size to large construction projects.
