What you'll do
- Lead and manage construction projects in Kollam with ensuring timely delivery within budget.

What you'll need
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing mid-size to large construction projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
